This stunning wedding was a true masterpiece with 3 magical days of celebration culminating in a dance party with the On The Move Experience band!

A journey through music and time for City Harvest & Colin Cowie, transforming the 620 Loft and Garden from bridgerton styled musicians to a full blown dance party on the roof!

Under the direction of Colin Cowie, our custom curated DJ/Band Hybrid, “Alchemy” lit up this star-studded fundraiser in Sag Harbor. With highly choreographed performances set to an Ira Levy designed light show WOWed the guests who came out to be part of such a great cause. Partners Lilly Pulitzer and Kendra Scott made for a fun and colorful evening!

Inducting Trevor Hoffman, closer for the San Diego Padres into the Baseball Hall of Fame would only be right with a baseball themed celebration! Curated around his signature song “Hells Bells”, our rock band, lead by headliner, Constantine Maroulis, along with our amazing fire performers, set the party ablaze!

Old Hollywood glamour was alive and roaring at this charity event thanks to the gorgeous 1920’s flapper models adorned with sequins and feathers, our high-energy band lead by an all-female horn section, and a not-so-silent auction. Later on, our antique DJ spun vinyls on his custom vintage turntable. Great Gatsby dreams come to life.

Immerse yourself in this fantasy world filled with bubbles and living vines that stroll throughout the party. Under the magical trees are crowds in awe as they live through this evening of pure enchantment! As our Illusionist, Limerick-ologist, and Aerialist all capture the attention it will make you wonder if you fell down the rabbit hole or not.

What better way to celebrate a relaunch than having some Glitz and Glam in the mix. Floral stilts and rollergirls made their way across the crowd… turning heads with their infectious smiles as legendary nightclub “Avenue” partnered with On The Move to announce that the club is back!

When your client asks you to provide the talent for their event at Lincoln Center, you better bring your “A” game. And that we did, starting with Illuminated Violins and Ballerinas in the courtyard, Pop-up Tenor performances, and uniquely weird interactive talent, the show culminated with a headliner performance by the one and only STING.

For this holiday party at the Marriott Marquis, we created multiple rooms of entertainment for 3000 guests. Breakout rooms included our Psychic Salon, Game Show Mania, Karaoke Craziness, and of course a headline DJ to rock the main ballroom.

Celebrity Fitness Guru, and founder of “Insanity” workouts, Shaun T had the wedding of a lifetime with his boldly unique celebration. Professing his love for his long time partner through music and dance, we helped produce a multi-act theatrical show-stopper, that fit this couple to a “T”.

Why have Drag Queens at your party when you can become one yourself? This CEO turned all the heads, as we transformed him during the casino cocktail hour from straight, bearded business man, to a Drag Superstar. To kick off the dancing, “MC Coco” (Yes, that was his name!) launched the party and shocked every one of his employees!

Bring the adult fun to the water with this sexy boat party. With a unique act on arrival from our very own Beat Suite it will sure get the crowd ready for what’s to come inside. What are social events without a little gambling and dirty dancing to really get the party going? With casino tables and cigar rollers at every corner your guests are sure to have that adult fun they were looking for.

Just like flipping channels, this birthday celebration brought you from black & white to vivacious colors in the matter of a few hours. With old hollywood feels you were destined to feel like a star at this cocktail hour. Pearls and feathers dripped down to the waist on these show stopping greeters as they direct you to the main event. Open the doors and you get a taste of technicolor in the brightest way!

Can’t get a plane ticket? No worries, bout a thang cause here at On The Move we could bring the Islands to you! The sweet sounds of the steel drum are sure to make you feel as if there was never an end to summer. Kick back and relax at this event as we transport you without even having to leave Rockefeller Center.

City Harvest celebrated 35 years of giving back to the homeless and hungry of New York by setting the Cipriani 42 stage with celebrity presenters, our all-female 80’s rock band, and finishing with an emotional serenade by John Legend himself, which brought guests to tears.

Closing remarks and then this happened! The room goes black, the air-wall opens, the music blares, and guests get whisked into another dimension.  “Cirque Lumiere” our fully comprensive and immersive LED Cirque show featuring world class cirque performers was the perfect pick-me-up after an all day conference session.

At Rockefeller Center, under the Stars on a glorious summer night, our 30-piece orchestra was swinging away while inside, our specialty bands and interactive entertainers wowed over 1500 guests. The iconic Radio City Rockettes headlined a number of other feature moments that made this night… Quintessential New York!

It’s all fun and games until…. Oh wait it’s always fun and games here at On The Move! And what better way to celebrate Family Fun Day than to do it On The Move style! Carnival games around every corner you are sure to have fun with the whole family. From hi-tec simulators to old fashion water balloon races we are sure to get this crowd hyped and ready for more!

America’s favorite pastime came to life at this gala set at Yankee Stadium. Right off the bat, (pun intended) a marching band greeted guests in the courtyard as they made their way to the stadium where living baseball player statues and iconic NYC skyline greeters roamed around the party bringing the baseball theme to life. On The Move had 7 unique bands playing throughout the various stadium spaces.

With a little help, and a 60,000 ping-pong balls, we transformed this New Jersey backyard into a Vegas-like atmosphere. The in-ground pool became the palette for our in-house Video Mapping artistry. And then the stage for synchronized swimmers and bubble dancers. Our DJ/Band Hybrid “Synergy” was set up on the patio thumping beats all night long.

Bringing the NYC streets inside the New York Public Library, On The Move had breakdancers, Drum Troupes, Street Artists all appearing in vignettes throughout this Holiday Party. A way for the out of town guests to experience New York City all within the confines of the party. Each room was curated with entertainment that screamed NYC. Culminating with our Broadway Revue in the Bartos Forum.

Guests at this glamorous event roamed the Whitney museum experiencing our “entertainment as art” throughout every nook and cranny. Even the elevator had it’s own act! Musical performances on 4 floors, an immersive “in the round” theatrical experience, and interactive talent wandering about, perfectly accented the beautiful decor designed by the legendary David Beahm.

The New York Public Library held 3,333 guests and poured over 40,000 cocktails for this wild party celebrating classic and modern cocktails. Our Blues Band was perched above the crowd in Astor Hall. Our caricature artists painted a life-size mural wall of guests as they strolled through the gallery, Our Video Jockey’s lit up Bartos Forum with graphics and beats. It was a cocktail-filled dream!
